Accountabilities
- Provide independent legal support for contract drafting, negotiation, and strategy for complex, sensitive agreements.
- Coordinate legal risk tolerances and contracting standards in support of key distribution agreements.
- Serve as a legal advisor to senior leadership and account directors regarding legal risk mitigation and strategic initiatives.
- Engage with internal legal and business stakeholders across various functional groups.
- 13+ years of corporate law experience.
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Biopharma, or Biotechnology sectors is preferred.
- Excellent commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- High comfort providing healthcare regulatory advice.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of thought leadership in healthcare transactions.
