Carrier Sales (Remote)


As a Carrier Sales Representative, you will negotiate rates with carriers to cover loads that were tendered by a customer. This position is designed with a clear growth path, offering the opportunity to transition into an Account Manager role and take on greater responsibilities, client relationships, and strategic decision-making.


Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:


  • Source and onboard carriers for available freight lanes
  • Negotiate rates with carriers to meet margin and service targets
  • Post and manage loads on load boards (DAT, Truckstop)
  • Communicate with carriers and dispatchers to confirm capacity and equipment
  • Ensure carrier compliance (insurance, authority, onboarding documents)
  • Coordinate with Operations and Track & Trace teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Monitor carrier performance and reliability
  • Maintain accurate load and carrier data in the TMS
  • Support coverage during high-volume and time-sensitive periods

Minimum requirements:

  • Studies: International Business, Business Administration, or Logistics-related.
  • Experience: At least 1 or 2 year of experience working in Carrier Sales or Logistics.
  • Language: Excellent English skills. B2 or higher is preferred.

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 to 5:00 p.m. or 7:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m Following the US Calendar.

  • Salary: $3.700.000 Cop + Commisions Plan
