What You’ll Do

Conduct structured, consultative conversations via Zoom or phone
Support individuals exploring career change, growth, and work–life balance
Use a relationship-focused, needs-based communication approach
Clearly explain learning pathways and program expectations
Maintain notes and follow-ups using CRM and digital tools
Manage your own schedule and workflow independently

Ideal Background

Experience in HR, coaching, career advising, client success, or admissions
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Open to performance-based, non-traditional work models
