What You'll Do:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new client partnerships within the healthcare sector (home infusion, skilled nursing, outpatient, etc.)
  • Develop and implement strategic growth plans to drive revenue
  • Collaborate closely with our recruitment team to ensure seamless client delivery
  • Create compelling proposals, pitch presentations, and client onboarding strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers in healthcare organizations
What We're Looking For:
  • 3+ years of business development experience in healthcare staffing, recruitment, or a related industry
  • A proven track record of generating new business and exceeding sales goals
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and staffing/recruiting needs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
