This is a flexible, fully remote position ideal for someone experienced in recruiting clinical and non-clinical roles in mental health or substance use treatment settings.
The ideal candidate is confident using motivational interviewing, Topgrading techniques, and BreezyHR to drive effective screening and thoughtful candidate selection.

Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and engage candidates for a variety of behavioral health roles
- Conduct structured interviews using MI-informed and Topgrading-style questions
- Manage candidate pipelines and communications via BreezyHR
- Coordinate interview scheduling and handoff to hiring managers
- Maintain accurate documentation and candidate records
- Support hiring process improvements and documentation as needed
- Prior experience recruiting in behavioral health, healthcare, or related industries
- Familiarity with motivational interviewing and/or Topgrading interviewing techniques
- Proficiency with BreezyHR or similar ATS systems
- Organized, proactive, and adaptable to changing needs
- Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
