Back End Developer (Remote)

Accountabilities

  • Develop and maintain cloud-native applications, working within tools like Jira and Git.
  • Build secure, scalable, and observable services and workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret user stories and contribute to technical design.
  • Write and review code while participating actively in team discussions and feedback loops.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and proactive manner.
  • Deploy services using container pipelines and contribute to continuous integration workflows.
  • 7+ years of experience in Go (required); knowledge of Node.js, C#, or Rust is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in database integration, including data ingestion, querying, and document updates.
  • 3+ years of experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and scalable application design principles.
  • Proficient in SQL and document databases.
  • Familiarity with workflow engines such as SDVI Rally, Airflow, Step Functions, Argo Workflows, or Jenkins.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team, offering and receiving constructive feedback.
  • Availability during Eastern Time (ET) working hours.
