Automation Intern (n8n Specialist) – Remote

We're actively refining our automation and outbound communication systems, and we're looking for sharp interns ready to build real infrastructure powering our live product.

We’re offering an Automation & Workflow Engineering Internship focused on n8n. You’ll work directly with the dev team to design, deploy, and maintain high-impact workflows automating everything from lead recovery to outbound communications.

If you enjoy working with APIs, building automations, and creating scalable systems — this is your chance to do it in a real-world, production environment.

• Build and maintain automated workflows in n8n for internal systems and customer delivery

• Integrate APIs like Twilio, Supabase, Airtable, Google Sheets, Calendars, CRMs, and others

• Create complex logic including conditionals, retries, branching, and error handling

• Collaborate with developers to connect workflows to our backend infrastructure

• Document and organize workflows for reuse and clarity

• Monitor automation reliability and help troubleshoot edge cases

• Experience using n8n to build real workflows (personal, freelance, or commercial)

• Strong understanding of API integration, webhooks, and JSON-based logic

• Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to debug complex flows

• Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Twilio, Airtable, Supabase, AssemblyAI, or Postgres

• Bonus: Interest in voice AI, outbound automation, or lead recovery systems

• Hands-on experience building production systems in a fast-growing AI SaaS startup

• Exposure to real-world use cases in telecommunications, lead automation, and voice AI

• A letter of recommendation and/or documentation for college credit
