Requirements
- NY bar admission
- 2–4 years of M&A experience from a BigLaw or well-regarded mid-sized firm
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and due diligence skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and support M&A transactions from due diligence through closing
- Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, and ancillary documents
- Conduct due diligence and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Advise clients on deal structuring, risk allocation, and post-closing matters
- Collaborate directly with partners on sophisticated strategic transactions
