Job Description
An employer is looking for an Annuities Report Developer to join their team remotely in the US. This person will join the newly created "brainchild" of two well established private equity firms--this new company will be focused on the annuities space of life insurance. The Annuities Report Developer will be the middleman between the Data Engineer/IT Team and the Annuity Operations groups and will be responsible for developing and managing comprehensive reporting solutions that will improve processes and identify trends and gaps. He/she will query and integrate data from Snowflake, log files, TalkDesk call center systems, Verisk FAST, and event streaming ques to create reports and dashboards for analysis. This person will work closely with the Data Engineering team to provide requirements on data sets, participate in conversations about data models and strategy and general data architecture. He/she will be presenting findings daily to stakeholders across the business.
Compensation for this role is 125-150k per year annually plus bonus. Compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role may include generous paid time off, medical and dental insurance offerings, and 401k.

Skills And Requirements
- 3+ years in data analytics, report developing, business intelligence
- 1+ years in annuity operations
- Experience designing and implementing reporting solutions for stakeholders
- Power BI experience or similar visualization tools for dashboards/reports
- SQL Querying experience - ability to access data assets in snowflake -Verisk FAST and/or TalkDesk experience
- AI experience or interest null
