AI Engineer - Entry Level (Remote)

Job_Summary:

ACES Group, LLC is seeking an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Analyst to support data-driven decision-making processes and strategic initiatives by leveraging advanced AI methodologies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a robust understanding of machine learning algorithms and data analysis while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex data sets to identify meaningful trends and patterns.

• Develop, implement, and refine machine learning models to support strategic and operational goals.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clearly define business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

• Evaluate and select the most effective algorithms tailored to specific analytical tasks.

• Conduct comprehensive data cleaning and preprocessing to ensure high-quality input for analysis.

• Stay updated with the latest trends, methodologies, and research in emerging AI technologies.

• Create and enhance predictive models for decision support and strategic planning.

• Design, execute, and analyze experiments to test hypotheses and continuously refine models.

• Generate insightful visualizations to effectively communicate analytical results to stakeholders.

• Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of deployed AI systems.

• Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and considerations in the development and deployment of AI solutions.

Qualifications:

-Required:

• Secret Clearance

• Associate's Degree

• 5 Years Experience

• Education/Experience: Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent technical degree from an accredited college or university, or a Technical Writing certification by an accredited organization in lieu of the associates degree, and three (3) years relevant experience.

• Technical: Experience in analyzing large and complex data sets to identify actionable insights and patterns.

• Skilled in developing and deploying robust machine learning models and selecting suitable algorithms to address specific business challenges.

• Familiar with data cleaning, preprocessing, predictive analytics, and experimental design.

• Capable of effectively communicating findings through clear visualizations and optimizing AI systems.
