Role Description


This is a full-time remote role for an ADP Channel Partner Manager. The primary responsibilities of the role include developing channel sales opportunities, managing relationships with key ADP channel partners, creating business plans, and driving revenue growth. The individual will also support account management activities, maintain strong communication with stakeholders, and contribute to sales strategies and execution plans. Collaboration with internal teams will be vital to ensure business development success and long-term partnerships.


Qualifications


  • Proficiency in Channel Partners and Channel Sales, with proven success in building and growing partnerships
  • Strong skills in Account Management and Sales with a focus on developing and nurturing client relationships
  • Experience in Business Planning and strategic development to drive revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with global workforce management or Employer of Record (EOR) solutions is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
