Administrative Data Entry Processing Coordinator (Remote)
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Data Entry Processing Coordinator to support our remote operations team. This role is responsible for accurately processing, entering, and maintaining essential business data across internal systems. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
As a key contributor to daily administrative operations, you will ensure data integrity, maintain organized digital records, and support cross-functional departments by delivering accurate and timely information processing.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter, review, and update data in internal databases and systems
Process administrative documents including applications, forms, invoices, and reports
Verify information for accuracy and completeness prior to submission
Identify discrepancies and resolve or escalate issues as needed
Maintain organized electronic filing systems and documentation
Generate routine reports and data summaries for internal stakeholders
Coordinate with operations, finance, and customer service teams to ensure data accuracy
Follow established workflows, procedures, and quality standards
Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive company information
Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
1–3 years of administrative, clerical, or data entry experience
Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
