About The Role

We are actively seeking skilled Accountants and Senior Accountants to manage the full accounting cycle for a dedicated portfolio of our US-based clients. These roles are critical for ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely, and compliant financial services to high-growth businesses.

This is a 100% remote position where strong technical skills and exceptional communication are paramount.

What You’ll Do

Core Accounting & Compliance

  • Own the full accounting cycle for multiple client entities, including the preparation and review of financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
  • Manage and execute month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Perform complex account reconciliations, journal entries, AP/AR oversight, and meticulous General Ledger (GL) review.
  • Ensure strict adherence to U.S. GAAP principles and regulatory compliance.

Specialized Industry Focus

  • Apply specialized accounting knowledge to clients in key industries such as Hospitality (e.g., revenue audit, F&B costing), E-commerce (e.g., inventory, revenue recognition), and Vacation Rentals/Real Estate.
  • Manage multiple clients simultaneously, demonstrating exceptional organizational and time management skills.

System Proficiency

  • Mandatory: Serve as the primary user of QuickBooks Online/Desktop, ensuring data integrity and system configuration.
  • Support system integrations and reporting across various client platforms.

What You Bring (Requirements)

  • 2+ years (Accountant) or 4+ years (Senior Accountant) of progressive accounting experience.
  • Language Requirement: Advanced or Fluent English is mandatory (written and verbal), as all communication is with US clients and global teams.
  • Core Technical Skill: Expert-level proficiency and recent experience using QuickBooks Online/Desktop.
  • Valuable Experience (Highly Valued):
    • Demonstrated experience in Hospitality, E-commerce, or Real Estate/Vacation Rentals.
    • Experience working with other accounting/financial tools such as Sage, Shopify, Xero, or NetSuite.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-entity accounting and reconcile complex transactions.
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
