We combine AI-driven curriculum delivery with personalized coaching to provide what conventional education typically cannot: unrestricted pace of learning, rigorous depth across sciences and humanities, and connection with intellectually matched peers. In the Academic Advisor role, you'll support students in grades 3–8 who are motivated to advance quickly. Content instruction isn't your focus—technology manages that component. You serve as the coach who cultivates confidence, maintains high standards, and guides students toward understanding their true potential. Each interaction carries weight. Each moment of progress matters.

What You Will Be Doing
- Conducting biweekly one-on-one virtual coaching sessions with each student, centered on academic planning, motivation, and mindset development
- Hosting open office hours where students can access immediate support, guidance, or problem-solving assistance
- Leveraging AI-powered tools and monitoring dashboards to track learner progress, pinpoint obstacles, and refine your coaching methods
- Recording observations, concerns, and tactical adjustments to keep each student progressing rapidly
- Working alongside your colleagues to exchange effective practices, flag issues requiring attention, and continuously refine the coaching framework
- Instructing lessons, evaluating assessments, or distributing assignments—technology manages academic delivery
- Presenting lectures or adhering to predetermined curricula
- Providing custodial oversight or excessive monitoring of unmotivated students—we coach with purpose, not surveillance
- Participating in redundant meetings or administrative overhead
- Operating on autopilot—this team is composed of individuals committed to high performance and meaningful impact

Basic Requirements
- Master's degree in any field
- At least 1 year of experience coaching, mentoring, or motivating K–8 students
- Demonstrated excellence in any discipline—academics, athletics, entrepreneurship, or the arts
- Strong online presence and capacity to establish rapport with students rapidly via Zoom/Google Meet
- Proficient with dashboards and technology platforms for monitoring and optimizing performance
- Capability to maintain at least 80 percent overlap with US business hours
- PhD in any field
- Experience in performance coaching, sports psychology, or motivational disciplines
- Familiarity with homeschool or non-traditional education communities
