Highly Desirable Skills

5+ years of hands-on experience configuring, developing, and troubleshooting Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) solutions in utility environments
CC&B Administration & Configuration
Framework Business Processes (Service Agreements, Billing, Payments, Collections, Meter-to-Cash)
Framework Administration including ConfigTools
Custom Development, Enhancements, and Integrations
Experience deploying and supporting applications on Oracle WebLogic Server and monitoring via Oracle Enterprise Manager
Development experience using Oracle Utilities Application Framework, Oracle Utilities SDK, and Eclipse IDE
Integration expertise leveraging Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Integration Cloud for enterprise system integrations
Strong programming skills in Java and Python, including batch processing, web services (SOAP/REST), and automation scripting
Experience with OpenText Exstream for bill print design and customer communications
Job scheduling and batch automation using Automic Applications Manager
Linux scripting (Shell/Bash) and system administration in Linux and Windows environments
Reporting and analytics experience using Oracle BI Publisher and other enterprise reporting tools
Proven ability to:
Develop and manage project plans
Track resources, dependencies, budgets, and milestones
Lead technical implementations in large-scale utility transformation programs
Industry experience supporting regulated Electric, Gas, and Water Utilities, with deep understanding of Meter-to-Cash lifecycle processes
