What You’ll Do
- Innovative Talent Attraction: Develop inventive strategies to elevate our talent acquisition efforts, brainstorming and executing novel approaches.
- Candidate Calibration: Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to calibrate candidates effectively.
- Candidate Development: Cultivate prospects into candidates through engaging interactions and thorough assessment/screening processes.
- Search Strategies: Develop comprehensive search strategies, conduct research, perform meticulous assessments, and present qualified candidates for critical executive searches.
You Must Have
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in non-technical recruitment roles.
- Process Orientation: Demonstrated process-oriented mindset with a proven track record in recruiting.
- Creative Skills: Ability to innovate and think creatively in recruiting endeavors.
- Interpersonal Management: Excellent interpersonal skills with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Language Proficiency: Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
