Working in the Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain sectors, you’ll play a key role in delivering top talent across positions such as Buyers, Production Engineers, Maintenance Engineers, and CAD Design Engineers – all while helping clients meet their business needs and long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to win new clients and drive growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, delivering a high-quality recruitment service.
  • Source and place top talent in engineering and manufacturing roles, focusing on positions like Buyers, Engineers, and Design professionals.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to transition into a retained recruitment model.
  • Service warm clients and develop new relationships while maintaining a strong focus on business development.

About You:

  • Experience: Previous recruitment experience with a focus on business development. You know how to win business and aren’t just an account manager.
  • Sectors: Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain recruitment is ideal.
  • Motivated: You have a clear reason to earn and are driven to succeed in a competitive market.
  • Adaptable: Whether you’re a Consultant or Senior Consultant, you can work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Confidence: You bring a humble yet confident approach, always ready to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional results.
