1099/Commission based RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain high outbound activity levels (calls, texts, emails and face-to-face conversations). Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Maintain a strong work ethic, positive attitude and an unyielding commitment to success every day. Work alongside your agency's team to ensure successful, exceptionally satisfying, and long-lasting customer relations. QUALIFICATIONS: Possess excellent communication skills. High energy in order to maintain high outbound sales activities. Ability to stay positive, engaged and unphased by rejection. Provide excellent customer service. Life/Health Insurance License Sales experience with successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
