Responsibilities

Conduct Remote Client Consultations: Meet with our active duty and prior service members to understand their financial goals, assess their needs, and provide information about different solutions
This involves explaining policy features, coverage options, and premium costs
Provide Customer Service: Provide ongoing customer service to our active duty and prior service members by addressing their inquiries, assisting with policy changes, and helping with claims processing
Foster Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with our active duty and prior service members by following up periodically to review their needs, update policies, and address any changes in their circumstances
Uphold Compliance and Documentation: Adhere to industry regulations and company policies by maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation related to our active duty and prior service members' interactions and transactions
