Your Responsibilities:

Remote Client Consultations: Meet virtually with clients to understand their financial goals and offer tailored solutions that meet their needs. You'll explain policy features, coverage options, and premium costs
Customer Service Excellence: Provide ongoing service to policyholders, assisting with policy changes, claims, and more. You'll be their trusted advisor
Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships by regularly checking in to update policies, review needs, and support clients through life changes
Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records and follow industry standards to ensure compliance and excellent service

Suggested Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills – You love connecting with people and helping them solve their problems
Basic computer knowledge – Comfortable using Zoom, email, and other digital tools
Strong work ethic – Self-motivated and ready to set and achieve personal goals
Outgoing & Fun – You bring energy and positivity to your interactions
Time Management – Ability to manage your own schedule effectively
Leadership Experience – Previous leadership or management experience is a plus!
