As a Remote Assistance Specialist, you will help members secure coverage that protects their loved ones, all while working remotely.

Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual consultations to assess clients’ financial needs and provide personalized insurance solutions
Offer ongoing customer support, addressing inquiries, processing policy updates, and assisting with claims
Build long-lasting relationships with clients through regular follow-ups to ensure their policies align with their changing needs
Maintain compliance by adhering to industry regulations and keeping accurate records of client interactions
Present policy options, clarify coverage details and help clients understand their premium costs and benefits

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer proficiency and comfort with remote tools
Strong commitment to delivering exceptional service
Positive, energetic, and outgoing personality
Solid time management and organizational skills
Previous leadership experience is a plus
Highly motivated, dedicated, and goal-oriented
