Responsibilities:

  • Make daily warm sales calls from our extensive membership database
  • Identify members' financial needs and communicate the benefits of supplemental insurance products
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the application process
  • Maintain communication with members, providing updates, addressing concerns, and offering continued support after policy issuance
  • Assist with policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims
  • Adhere to regulatory requirements and ethical standards in the sale and servicing of life insurance policies
