Responsibilities:

Make daily warm sales calls from our extensive membership database
Identify members' financial needs and communicate the benefits of supplemental insurance products
Deliver excellent customer service throughout the application process
Maintain communication with members, providing updates, addressing concerns, and offering continued support after policy issuance
Assist with policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims
Adhere to regulatory requirements and ethical standards in the sale and servicing of life insurance policies
