Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Contacting clients who have inquired about their benefits
Scheduling appointments with clients to discuss their benefits in detail
Conducting virtual benefit reviews with clients via Zoom
Facilitating the enrollment process for clients regarding their benefits
Finalizing a report card for each client upon the completion of the benefits overview
