Web3 Director of Customer Success

A leading security company within the Web3 space is focused on threat detection software across the DeFi and and Web3 space. Building out a strong presence across the U.S. and Europe, they are seeking a Director of Customer Success to manage, build, and scale their post-sale customer success strategy.

This is an opportunity to join at the ground up and to work with modern and unique software across the cryptocurrency space.

Role: Web3 Director of Customer Success

Location: United Kingdom or United States - remote

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, develop, and implement new customer success strategies, showing what best practice is.
  • Leading and growing the customer success team. The goal is to hire customer success managers and perform as a player coach.
  • Working close to the customers within the DeFi, CeFi, and Web3 ecosystems, understanding their needs and how to implement into current product offerings.
  • Collaborate with product and sales to drive customer engagement, resolve issues, and ensure customers are satisfied with the product offerings.
  • Create the customer onboarding, training, and implementation processes and ensuring there are smooth processes for long-term success.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Web3 experience understanding the key players in the space and the ecosystem challenges.
  • Leadership Experience in managing a customer success team and have built a team from the ground up, with a track record of developing and coaching talent.
  • Good knowledge of centralized finance and the intersections with DeFi
  • Proven track record of success post-sale reducing churn and upselling existing clients.
  • Self sufficient and a problem solver.
