Virtual Assistant (Kajabi & ClickUp Specialist)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant (VA) with expertise in Kajabi and ClickUp to support executive operations (EO). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing system setups, optimizing workflows, and performing general VA tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Kajabi & ClickUp Management:
- Set up, organize, and maintain ClickUp workspaces, tasks, and workflows.
- Assist with Kajabi platform management (though primary focus is ClickUp).
- Ensure seamless integration between tools for efficient operations.
✅ Executive & Administrative Support:
- Handle general virtual assistant tasks (email management, scheduling, data entry, etc.).
- Support executive operations by maintaining organized systems.
- Assist in streamlining processes for maximum productivity.
✅ System Optimization & Workflow Management:
- Implement best practices for ClickUp task delegation, automation, and tracking.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any platform-related issues.
- Continuously improve systems for efficiency.
Requirements:
✔ Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant (VA) with ClickUp expertise.
✔ Familiarity with Kajabi (though setup is not the primary task).
✔ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
✔ Ability to work independently and collaborate as a team player.
✔ Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
