Role Description

As a Video Editor at ByteSize, you’ll transform ideas into engaging, scroll-stopping short-form videos for social media. You’ll be responsible for editing footage, adding captions, motion graphics, and effects, and ensuring every piece of content aligns with our brand’s storytelling style. Your work will help our clients’ stories stand out, build engagement, and leave a lasting impression.

You should have a strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and social media trends, and be comfortable turning creative briefs into polished, on-brand content.

Qualifications

Expertise in Video Production and Video Editing software
Proficiency in Video Color Grading techniques
Experience in Motion Graphics creation and Graphics design
Attention to detail and a strong sense of visual composition
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with video formats, resolutions, and post-production workflows
Prior experience in video editing for digital platforms is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field is preferred

What You’ll Do:

Edit short-form social media videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
Add captions, graphics, and motion effects that match our brand style
Work closely with the content team to turn ideas into scroll-stopping videos
Ensure all videos are polished, engaging, and on-brand
