H&P have partnered with a Miami-based healthcare real estate firm seeking a seasoned Investor Relations professional to join their team as VP/Principal. This is a senior-level, remote role with a focus on fundraising for the firm’s first-time fund (approx. $250M AUM).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead fundraising efforts, with a particular focus on family office LPs, while also leveraging broader LP connections.
Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, ensuring consistent engagement and communication.
Develop and oversee investor relations reporting, including performance updates and compliance with LP expectations.
Collaborate with senior leadership to refine the firm’s capital-raising strategies and drive growth for future funds.

Requirements:

Extensive fundraising experience with a proven track record of securing capital from family office LPs.
Strong network within the family office space, with additional connections across other LP categories.
Experience within real estate or healthcare is ideal
Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in a first-time fund environment and contributing to long-term strategic goals.
