Are you passionate about early-stage startups, supply chain innovation, and making a real impact? Blue Impact Supply Chain Ventures is looking for a Venture Capital Associate to join our remote-first team based in São Paulo!

We invest in bold, resilient, mission-driven founders building transformative logistics and supply chain technologies across LATAM and North America. Now, we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is ready to support sourcing, due diligence, contracts, and LP relationship building.

🔍 What You'll Do:

Source & evaluate startups across LATAM, U.S., and Canada 🌍
Lead diligence, support negotiations, and develop investment memos
Engage with founders, LPs, accelerators, and other VC firms
Help shape our investment thesis and portfolio strategy

🧠 You Bring:

2+ years in VC, PE, or IB
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
Experience with early-stage fundraising tools (SAFE, convertible notes, etc.)
English proficiency (Spanish and Portuguese are a strong plus!)
A self-starter mindset and knowledge of LATAM's tech ecosystem
