User Experience Designer

This is a full-time, remote role for a User Experience (UX) Designer. The UX Designer will be responsible for executing design processes, conducting user research, creating prototypes, and delivering engaging visual designs. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product usability, employing design thinking methodologies, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional UX solutions that meet users' needs.
- Proficiency in Design Thinking and User Research to understand user needs and craft innovative solutions
- Strong skills in Visual Design and User Experience (UX) to create impactful and user-centered designs
- Hands-on proficiency with Prototyping for creating and testing functional design mockups
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of platform usability and a deep understanding of best practices in UX and design trends
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or commensurate professional experience
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
- Familiarity with educational technology and systems is a plus
