Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Union Benefits Specialist at Globe Life National Income Division: Gryska Organization. The specialist will be responsible for benefits administration, ensuring compliance with the U.S. Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), handling insurance inquiries, communicating with union members, and providing top-notch customer service on a daily basis.

Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience in working with union members is a plus
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
