Are you a detail-oriented technical writer with a passion for creating exceptional documentation?

We're seeking a talented individual to join our team and help us deliver high-quality customer-facing content. As a Technical Writer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our documentation is accurate, accessible, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
Format documents using Microsoft Word, style guides, and templates.
Ensure 508 accessibility compliance in Word and PDF formats.
Collaborate with Program Managers and Subject Matter Experts.
Utilize project tracking tools (Asana) to record project notes.

Qualifications:

Associate's degree in business, journalism, communications, or a technical field
2+ years of experience as a technical writer
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word
Experience with project management tools (Asana)
Knowledge of SnagIt or other image capture software
Proficiency in Adobe PDF
Understanding of 508 accessibility standards
