We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our remote team based in India and provide exceptional support to our clients in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

  • Remote Technical Support: Provide remote technical support to clients in Saudi Arabia via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our products and services.
  • Problem Resolution: Document and track customer issues to ensure timely resolution.
  • Knowledge Base: Contribute to and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base to assist customers and team members.
  • Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service by providing clear and informative responses to customer inquiries.
  • Escalation: Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware and software
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
