Technical Recruiter

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join the SpecterOps team! As our Technical Recruiter, you'll partner with the Technical Recruiting manager to support hiring managers across the business through the recruiting life cycle. This includes sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process all while creating a great candidate experience.

Location: This position is remote, based in the U.S. with optional travel quarterly for in person company events and other ad hoc meetings.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 base salary annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
  • Posts jobs on appropriate job boards, social media networks, colleges and universities, and other niche sites to find top diverse talent
  • Assess the qualifications, skills, and experience of potential candidates using standardized interviewing techniques
  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Stays abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
  • Act as a talent advisor to hiring managers and cross-functional partners
  • Support management in ongoing recruitment projects
  • Maintains accurate and complete documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 3+ years of life cycle recruiting in engineering and tech related roles across the U.S. and globally
  • Hands on experience with ATS and communication systems/tools like Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Office, Greenhouse, etc.
  • Experience networking, developing talent pipelines, and sourcing potential candidates
  • Firm understanding and experience implementing recruiting metrics that will drive decision-making throughout the organization
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Must be a self-starter, organized with a strong sense of urgency, and ability to prioritize
  • Ability to successfully complete a criminal background investigation.

  • Degree or equitable experience in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field a plus, but not required
