Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor remote teams in executing Benefit Verifications, ensuring a cohesive and supportive team dynamic.
• Oversee team performance and implement quality assurance measures that uphold our standards of service excellence.
• Offer guidance and support to team members, facilitating issue resolution and aiding them in achieving their objectives.
• Actively contribute to the design and implementation of training initiatives, fostering open communication to cultivate a positive workplace culture.
• Proactively identify challenges and escalate them to supervisors, proposing thoughtful solutions to enhance team operations.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in specialty pharmacy, insurance, or healthcare.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
