Actively searching for qualified candidates according to business requirements using all possible channels
Keeping track of the progress of the recruitment pipeline
Conducting online pre-screens when required
Ability to build relationships with candidates, and keep in touch with potential candidates
Being able to represent our company and negotiate the terms of cooperation
Execute various market analysis reviews
Keep track of ATS filling quality

Skills and experience you will need:

Proven work experience asaSourcing Specialist, Sourcer, orsimilar role at least 1 year
Excellent communication skills inEnglish— atleast upper-intermediate
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge)
Good time-management skills with the ability tohandle various open positions simultaneously
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems

Will be a plus:

Experience in sourcing beyond the local market
Understanding of various types of companies and how they operate
