WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Identify & Attract Talent – Use innovative sourcing methods to find the best candidates.
- Own the Candidate Experience – Ensure every applicant has a seamless hiring journey.
- Collaborate & Strategize – Work with hiring managers to understand and fulfill hiring needs.
- Analyze & Optimize – Use data-driven insights to improve recruitment strategies.
YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF:
- You have 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, sales, marketing, or a related field.
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment and bring high energy to everything you do.
- You’re confident, persuasive, and excel at communicating and negotiating with candidates and stakeholders.
- You’re tech-savvy-comfortable using ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and recruitment tools.
