Job Summary:
- Seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to lead recruitment efforts for the System Planning & Engineering (SPE) division. This role involves full-cycle recruiting for specialized engineering positions critical to infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will partner closely with SPE leadership to understand hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure compliance with industry and legal hiring standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for engineering roles, including Systems Engineers, High Voltage Specialists (200kV & 500kV), Utility Engineers, and Substation Engineering professionals.
- Collaborate with SPE leadership to understand hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with company objectives.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates using various methods, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent.
- Manage applicant tracking systems efficiently and ensure compliance with OFCCP guidelines and employment laws.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate hiring processes with stakeholders.
- Provide market insights and best practices in technical and engineering recruitment.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in technical and engineering fields.
- Proven expertise in sourcing, applicant screening, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Extensive experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and other professional networks.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) (SuccessFactors).
- Strong knowledge of OFCCP guidelines and employment laws.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with SuccessFactors, recruiting certifications, LinkedIn Certification.
- Previous experience recruiting for high-voltage and utility engineering roles is highly desirable.
