Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Support Lead at Tech Mahindra Ltd. The Support Lead will handle day-to-day tasks involving technical support and customer support. This includes troubleshooting issues, providing solutions to problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires regular communication with clients and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
