Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Strategic Business Analyst at Redsols. The role involves conducting in-depth market analyses, developing financial models, and providing data-driven recommendations to guide strategic decision-making. Based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, this position offers flexibility for some remote work.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Strategic Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market and competitive landscape analyses to identify growth opportunities and guide business expansion.
  • Digital Transformation: Develop and execute data-driven digital strategies that optimize customer engagement and acquisition while improving website traffic and user interaction.
  • Financial Analysis & Restructuring: Create and implement financial models and restructuring strategies aimed at improving cash flow and reducing operational costs.
  • Marketing Optimization: Collaborate with marketing teams to formulate strategies that enhance brand visibility, boost client outreach, and increase overall revenue.
  • KPI Design & Monitoring: Design, implement, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders across different departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment on strategic initiatives.
  • Project Management: Oversee the development and execution of strategic roadmaps for various projects, ensuring alignment with long-term objectives.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data analysis and business intelligence tools to generate actionable insights that inform high-level decision-making across departments.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of strategic initiatives, processes, and outcomes for reference and future audits.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes related to market analysis, financial restructuring, and digital strategy.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in business analysis and finance
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Solid understanding of business processes and strategic planning
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial data effectively
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Certifications in Business Analysis or related fields are a plus
