What’s this role about?

- Acting as the bridge between the bookkeeping team and the client, bringing value beyond the numbers.

- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and financial structure for our clients.

- Working closely with the bookkeeping team to understand each client's business and transform raw data into valuable insights.

- Leading the early development of an internal Finance Advisory function to support our clients with forecasting, budgeting, cash flow analysis, and more.

Responsibilities.

- Review and analyze monthly financial reports before delivery to clients.

- Suggest improvements to enhance the quality and usefulness of the reports.

- Participate in client meetings to explain and interpret financial statements.

- Help clients understand the story behind their numbers and support strategic discussions.

- Design and implement internal tools (cash flow models, dashboards, financial KPIs).

- Set up frameworks and best practices for the new finance advisory offering.

- We’re looking for someone who.

- Has a background in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar.

- Brings prior experience as a Controller, Corporate finance, or similar role.

- Experience with Accounting GAAPs.

- Has strong analytical skills and proficiency with financial tools (Excel, Google Sheets, reporting platforms, ERP systems, etc.).

- Is an excellent communicator—able to make complex financial topics simple and clear.

- Is proactive, curious, and excited to build processes from scratch.

- Speaks and writes English fluently (most of our clients are based in the U.S.).
