RaiseHQ is a next-generation fundraising platform where startup equity is tokenized, secured on-chain, and made accessible to global investors. Our mission is to help founders raise capital faster, more transparently, and without borders.

As we prepare for our European launch in 2026 Q1, we are expanding our on-ground community and partnership presence across the region.

We are looking for Startup Community Managers in multiple European countries to help build, activate, and grow the RaiseHQ startup ecosystem.

Compensation:This is an equity-only role for the first year. Compensation is provided in ESOP, not salary. Salary will start post one year of completion along with awarded ESOP's.
Remote | Europe-wide

What You Will Do

Build strong relationships with startup incubators, accelerators, venture studios, angel networks, and founder communities in your region.
Act as the local ambassador for RaiseHQ — representing our mission to founders and ecosystem partners.
Drive awareness, engagement, and early waitlist sign-ups from pre-seed and seed-stage startups.
Organize or participate in local startup events, meetups, virtual sessions, and community engagements.
Identify high-potential startups that are a strong fit for tokenized equity fundraising.
Work closely with RaiseHQ’s partnerships and ecosystem teams to bring European startups onto the platform at launch.

Who We’re Looking For

Deeply connected in your local startup ecosystem (incubators, angel groups, venture communities, universities, tech hubs).
Passionate about fundraising, Web3, tokenization, and the future of capital markets.
Strong communicator with the ability to inspire and influence startup founders.
Comfortable working independently in a flexible, remote setup.
Prior experience in partnerships, ecosystem management, startup support programs, or community building is an advantage.
