Fuel Talent is helping build a brand new AI team for our nationally known enterprise client's Cloud Center of Excellence!

We’re hiring a Senior AI Architect/Engineer to bridge the gap between AI innovation and hands-on application delivery. This role is ideal for someone who brings a rare mix of AI/ML infrastructure expertise, Azure AI services experience, and strong software development skills in a modern stack (C#, React).

You’ll serve as the SME driving long-term AI strategy on the Cloud Platforms team and partner with internal dev teams to create, deploy, and monitor AI agents and chatbots, tailor AI agents to specific business needs, develop best practice AI solutions & templates, and more.

While fully remote, candidates are required to work PST and MUST reside in one of the following states:

WA, ID, OR, CA, AZ, UT, CO, MT

We’re looking for someone experienced in:

Designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions using Azure AI products
Performing both architectural and hands-on engineering tasks at a senior level
Championing AI best practices and establishing standards and guidelines for AI development
Collaborating with various development and operation teams to train on incorporating AI into their workflows

Skills Required:

8+ years of professional, production experience as a Software Engineer with several years of experience as an AI Architect and/or SME
Expertise with Azure AI products including Azure Foundry and Azure OpenAI
Strong coding chops writing modern C# and .Net
Some experience with frontend development in React
Experience with AI ETL processes
Azure or GCP AI-related or cloud-related certifications a huge plus
