Content Creation

● Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget

planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules

● Ensures brand consistency in all advertising and marketing platforms

● Keep up to date on all advertising implementation best practices and strategies

● Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this

information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing

strategies and campaigns

● Create reports on progress and social media collaterals

● Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media

platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, and

LinkedIn.

Social Media Management

● Regularly monitor company and product ratings on all social media platforms.

● Research current marketing trends and strategies to be able to come up with fresh

ideas and better marketing strategies.

● Monitor all social media and marketing presence of current competitors so as to

be up to date with the current market trends and demands.

● Monitor the monthly sales revenue based on the current social media presence

and digital marketing efforts.

Customer Service

● Address all customer concerns and requests on all social media platforms and

email, including product and service complaints.

● Conduct proper coordination and endorsement to the corresponding service

department to resolve all customer concerns, complaints, and requests.
