Posh Media is on the hunt for a go-getter individual to join our team as a Social Media Manager. As a Social Media Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of developing, growing and converting our social media audiences across our clients’ brands. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and optimize our client’s existing social media platform strategies, ensuring projects are executed with precision, within budget and deadlines. Your creative expertise and strategic thinking will drive the success of our social media efforts, crafting compelling social content and fostering vibrant community engagement.

Your Responsibilities

Strategy:

  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Develop social media campaigns.
  • Ideate creative concepts for campaigns, aiming to drive community engagement, increase sales
  • and brand visibility.
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI.

Content Creation:

  • Manage, craft and publish original compelling content aligned with various brand voice and marketing strategies across various social platforms.
  • Create and review organic static and video content, as well as social campaigns, ensuring traffic and growth targets are met.
  • Keep up with social media trends, best practices and technologies.
  • Plan, design, and execute organic paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn etc.) campaigns from execution to completion.

Community Management:

  • Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network.
  • Lead inbound and outbound community engagement on social media and digital platforms.
  • Monitor and proactively increase social traffic, growth and engagement performance across all
  • brands.
  • Implement and manage paid social campaigns across multiple platforms when necessary.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Track and analyze SEO to provide effective solutions for content optimization.
  • Generate comprehensive reports outlining monthly performance, providing insights and moving
  • forward recommendations for optimization.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and audience behaviours to refine strategies and
  • enhance campaign effectiveness.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in creating sharable & engaging social media content, preferably within a marketing or creative department.
  • Strong copywriting skills with ability to adapt to various brand voices.
  • Proficient in using CapCut, Veed & Canva. Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is a significant plus.
  • Able to produce quality original & relatable memes.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in all social media platforms.
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics/analytics.
  • Creative thinking with a strategic mindset, staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Bonus: bilingual (EN/FR) will be considered an asset.
