Cloud & Halo is a coffee company rooted in storytelling, slow mornings, and soulful branding. We’re looking for a freelance Social Media Manager to help shape and grow our online presence during this exciting launch period and beyond.

✨ What You’ll Do:
• Create and schedule original content (Reels, carousels, stories, static posts) across Instagram, TikTok, and Threads
• Help shape Cloud & Halo’s brand voice into an engaging and authentic presence
• Strategize content around product launches, seasonal campaigns, and community stories
• Engage with the community (respond to comments, DMs, repost UGC)
• Track performance and provide light monthly reporting

• You’re creative, dependable, and aligned with our vibe (intentional, artistic, and community-first)
• You understand trends but don’t chase them—you make content feel real
• You’ve worked with small businesses or lifestyle brands before (preferred)
• You’re a self-starter who communicates clearly and delivers on time
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, InShot, or Meta Business Suite is a plus

💼 Position Details:
• Freelance / Contract-based (initial 3-month term with potential to extend)
• Remote
• Flexible scheduling (work when it works for you)
• Pay is per deliverable
📦 Deliverable Rates (Negotiable):
• Static Feed Post (Image or Carousel): $25–$40
• Edited Reels or TikToks: $50–$75
• Instagram Story Set (3–5 frames): $20–$35
• Monthly Content Calendar w/ Captions: $75–$100
• Basic Monthly Performance Report: $30–$50
We’re starting with an estimated 5–10 content pieces per month, with room to grow.
