Key Responsibilities
1. Publisher Acquisition & Onboarding
- Identify and research potential publishers, agencies, and brand partners.
- Support outreach and prospecting campaigns to onboard new supply partners.
- Help prepare sales decks, proposals, and campaign onboarding documentation.
2. Account Coordination & Support
- Act as a liaison between advertisers and internal teams (sales, ops, product).
- Monitor campaign performance (CTR, conversions, ROI) and escalate issues as needed.
- Coordinate troubleshooting during campaign setup or optimization.
3. Data Tracking & Reporting
- Assist in generating weekly/monthly performance and revenue reports.
- Monitor advertiser activity and flag underperforming or inactive accounts.
4. Industry Knowledge & Learning
- Stay updated on digital advertising trends, especially in programmatic and performance marketing.
- Learn about DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, and bidding mechanics.
- Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions and cross-team learning.
Key Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in digital media, advertising, or business development (internship experience counts).
- Basic understanding of digital advertising metrics (e.g., CTR, CPA, CPM, conversions).
- Strong communication and organizational skills with a client-first mindset.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, CRM dashboards, and performance tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with SSPs, ad networks, or agency media buying platforms.
- Prior internship or work experience with advertisers or performance marketing campaigns.
- Technical curiosity and willingness to learn how pixels, tracking tags, and APIs function.
- Experience using tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or Looker Studio.
