Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Real Estate Analyst. The Senior Real Estate Analyst will be responsible for performing due diligence, conducting financial modeling, and providing property-level analysis. The role also involves market research and supporting investment decisions with expert financial analysis. Daily tasks include evaluating real estate investments, preparing financial statements, and assisting clients in managing their real estate portfolios.

- Expertise in Finance and Investments
- Proficiency in Real Estate Appraisal
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field
