We are looking for a talented Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team to own our visual brand and adapt it across a wide range of projects and audiences.

We have landed customers like Nike, Adidas, Michaels, HomeDepot, Levi, Dior, Hermes, Pret, Chanel and many other Fortune 500 accounts.

Here's what you'll be responsible for:

  • Develop and implement growth marketing strategies across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and email.
  • Analyze and optimize marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and improve customer conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and data teams to identify growth opportunities and ensure alignment.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to continually refine marketing approaches.
  • Monitor and report on key growth metrics, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve growth targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to innovate our marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in related roles such as growth marketing, growth lead, strategic growth.
  • 3+ years experience in a SaaS company.
  • Comes from an analytical background.
  • Must have an analytical college degree such as Mathematics, finance or Economics etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fully remote role. Can be based anywhere in the US.
