Senior Business Analyst – Full-Time (Immediate start)

EmployLog.com is building a cutting-edge workforce management platform, designed to streamline rostering, scheduling, and workforce optimization. We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing team and help shape our product by analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, and bridging the gap between stakeholders and development teams.
Employment Type: Full-Time (remote)
Role:
As a Business Analyst, you'll act as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, analyze data, and ensure successful project outcomes that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business and system requirements.
- Define user stories, workflows, and functional specifications for new features and enhancements.
- Work closely with developers, designers, and product managers to ensure requirements are well understood and implemented effectively.
- Identify gaps in existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to ensure our platform remains competitive.
- Support product testing by validating that features meet business requirements.
- Assist in change management and user training for new system functionalities.
Education:
· At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
· Any relevant certifications in business analysis or agile software development will be a bonus.
Experience:
· 5+ years in a Business Analyst role, preferably in SaaS or workforce management software.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in business process modelling, documentation, and user story writing.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Pay package range:
Annual salary package ranging from Rs. 300,000 to Rs. 600,000.
