JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is seeking a fully remote Senior Business Analyst to sit offshore in India. This person will be collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements for software projects. This involves understanding the business processes, user needs, and system requirements. They will be analyzing and documenting the gathered requirements in a clear and concise manner. This includes creating functional specifications, use cases, user stories, and other relevant documentation to guide the development process. This person will be participating in testing activities to ensure the developed solutions meet the specified requirements. This includes creating test cases, conducting user acceptance testing, and providing feedback to development teams. They will be assisting in project planning, tracking, and monitoring activities.

Compensation: $8/hr to $10/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

3-10 years experience within a Technical Business Analyst role
3-10 years working closely with Jira (documentation, tracking and gathering requirements)
Experience collaborating closely with business stakeholders, QA teams, and other technical teams
Experience creating test cases, conducting and user acceptance testing SAfe Agile Certified
